Valuation is necessarily part art and part science.  That said, we strongly  emphasize evidence-based determinations whenever possible.  Our values are neutrality and independence.   We follow the motto of the late great  statistician  Dr. W. Edwards Deming ,  "In God we trust, all others bring data."

Our valuation services are supported by empirical data from the national and international capital markets,  private company transactional databases, and banking resources.   For intellectual property valuations,  we draw on financial patterns observed during prior engagements.
